About the Role
As a Content Editor (SEO Content Writer), your role is to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content that resonates with readers and adheres to search engine best practices. You will lead and execute content strategies based on in-depth competitor analysis while avoiding AI-generated text. Your goal is to drive organic traffic, improve visibility, and support marketing goals through data-driven content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Write unique, well-researched, and engaging SEO-optimized content including blog posts, articles, and landing pages.
- Ensure content reflects the brand's voice and adheres to quality standards without using AI-generated content.
SEO Strategy Development
- Create content strategies that are informed by in-depth competitor analysis.
- Align content to SEO goals to increase visibility, improve rankings, and drive user engagement.
On-Page SEO Optimization
- Perform keyword research and implement best practices like optimized headings, meta descriptions, internal linking, and alt text.
Tool Utilization
- Use tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Grammarly, and AI content detection tools to track and optimize performance.
Content Calendar Management
- Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and SEO objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery and publication of all content campaigns.
Competitor Analysis
- Analyze competitor websites to find areas for improvement and content gaps.
- Adapt strategy to outperform competitors using data-backed insights.
Content Reporting
- Monitor content effectiveness through performance metrics like organic traffic, bounce rate, engagement, and keyword rankings.
- Provide optimization suggestions and progress updates regularly.
Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with SEO, marketing, and design teams to ensure all content is aligned with broader campaigns and user experience goals.
